I can't say enough good things about Moore Heat & Air. They went above and beyond to help me and my family in a very difficult time. I am a disabled vet, and if you are military or a vet, and are in need call them. You will not be disappointed. Kevin and Danielle came after duty hours. The service before self they displayed reminded me of my time with my brothers and sisters in the service. A statement I have never used before today. If you need HVAC service, you cannot go wrong with them!

I came home from a trip and was only home a few hours and the a/c quit. I called Moore heat and air. They sent a Tech, Jacob, who quickly found and solved the problem. Vapor locked. ALL contact with Moore Heat and Air was conducted in a complete professional manner. We asked for quotes from 6 different companies for the replacement of our HVAC units. From the 1st contact they seemed the highest of standards. We had quotes from much higher to much lower. They were the ONLY one that measured the site for an accurate HVAC unit. All others appeared to estimate according to what was presently installed. They were also the only company that mentioned balancing the system, which is a term i know of from being in the construction industries. They also answered every question i asked very clearly . They were not the cheapest but in my opinion was hands down the best investment. To go even further, the techs that came to install my system were excellent and very knowledgeable. It was don in less time than expected from an install that far less than even below par by the company that previously installed out old equipment. I expect a long relationship with Moore Heat and Air. I highly reccomend you do the same. If there were 10 stars that is what they would get.

Almost 10 years ago we moved into our new house built by a local builder who had Moore Heat and Air put in the heat & air system.
One night, a few years later, we woke up to "drip, drip, drip..."
The AC unit was in the attic just above our bedroom.
The drip pan (designed to catch and drain excess condensation) had suffered a multi-point failure: The drain pipe had become plugged and the automatic shutoffs (the floats detecting too much water) had failed to shut off the unit. The bottom line appeared to be that two sensors were wired improperly (in parallel vs in series for those geeks among us) and that prevented the single sensor from shutting off the unit.
There was much water damage in the bedroom ceiling that required professional remediation.
Moore took ownership of the problem, paid for the repairs and gave us a years worth of preventive maintenance for the trouble.
First Class.

Now as we literally approach the 10 year anniversary of the installation of the unit it, the evaporator coil springs a small leak. We understood that we had a 10 year warranty but it turns out that the manufacturer had switched to a different program that is only 5 years and we fell between the cracks where the manufacturer was telling us we weren't covered.
Moore went to bat for us and after multiple calls with the manufacturer finally convinced them that the repairs should be covered.
Again, first class.

Along the way, were mistakes made? Yup, but they owned them and made it right.
Along the way, did things play out as expected? No, but they went to bat for us and, again, left us VERY happy that they were on our side.

If we were not moving out of town, Moore is who we would have servicing our systems.
They are dependable and seem to practice the golden rule.

If you're looking for a Heat & Air service provider, do yourself a favor and give them a call.

It's really hard to find service companies that aren't simply trying to "sell" you more, or find ones that actually seem to care about the customer and their specific problem. Found One!!! Moore Heat and Air!!! After some trying times with other local "hotshots", we've been with Moore now for several years. They just replaced our old attic unit and did a quick, clean and masterful job. If it's Heat and Air, save our hair! Just go with Moore and forget about it!

This summer I needed to replace 2 zones of heating & air units and sought estimates from several installers. When Kevin arrived for the estimate he was prompt, courteous, professional and submitted a very competitive estimate which I chose over the others. Danielle was the financial EXPERT who immediately put me at ease by going above and beyond in securing financing for such a large project and ensuring that I received the proper rebates that were offered. On the date of install, Brandon & Jesse arrived on time & courteous with a plan of action! They made me feel at ease when my questions were answered with the thoroughness from many years of experience. I could see from casual observation the pride reflected in their workmanship in not only producing a technically correct installation, but a aesthetically pleasing one as well! Not satisfied with the routing of the flue vent of the new furnace to the existing roof vent, Brandon returned to redesign & reroute the flue to to correct code standards to a new vent location in the roof. Upon completion, he & Jesse noted a substandard humming noise coming from one of the new a/c units. He notified Kevin, who immediately notified the local representative and ordered a new replacement unit that was installed within a week! We have used Moore Heating and Air for 5 years. We live in Little Rock and were introduced to them by a friend. They have serviced our heat and air needs in a very positive and outstanding way! They inspect our heating and cooling systems each year near the time the seasons change to see that our heating/air systems are ready to serve us properly going into a new season. If there is a problem, they find it and see that it is taken care of and explain exactly what they had to do. A couple of weeks ago we lost our upstairs air condition system. Kevin Moore their Install Manager sent Jacob Hiatt their Service Technician to our home and he introduced us to a Carrier Infinity Variable System with 5 stage compressor. He explained that this unit would serve as both our upstairs heating and cooling system. After him spending time with us to explain the difference this system would make, we made the decision to have them install the unit. We live a 2 story home and we had experienced a problem with the old cooling system cooling our upstairs. After Jacob explained the new system and we agreed on a price, Moore Heating and Air sent our 4 installers: Brandon Whik, Jesse Cox, Tom Dehart, and Andy Andrews to install the unit. They were very professional and respectful in installing the new unit and we have noticed a large and positive change in our upstairs cooling. We have been very please! They are professional and have served us very well in our heating/cooling needs.

You need more Stars than Five! As our HVAC systems began to age I had other firms come out and they were always expensive and quick to hard-sell me a new unit. For the past several years now, Moore had serviced our unit as well as the one at my elderly mother's house. It's really comforting to know that they are pleasant to work with, prompt, responsive, and most importantly, they do what needs to be done without trying to gig you all the time. I will need a whole new unit one day and when that time comes, Moore will certainly do the work, but for now, I'll confidently rely on their expertise!
